If required, capture also works offline, for example in basements, halls or on construction sites without a network.

Stocktaking without downtime: instead of an annual full stop, digital stocktaking runs continuously in the background. Timly supports fixed-date, perpetual and sample-based stocktaking for warehouses, equipment and IT inventory, so your stock levels stay up to date all year round.

Delegate stocktaking: plan stocktaking tasks centrally and assign them to sites, teams or employees working from home. Guided workflows and clear task lists make sure everyone knows what to do. Every scan is booked into the system automatically.

Progress in real time: the dashboard shows at any time how far stocktaking has progressed at each site. Discrepancies are detected immediately and can be resolved right away instead of surfacing weeks later.
