With Timly's ticketing system, you consolidate fault reports, repairs, maintenance, inspections and service requests in one central place. Tasks are clearly assigned, documented in a legally compliant way, and their status is visible to everyone at all times – instead of scattered notes, emails and verbal requests.

Report faults right at the machine: one scan of the QR code is all it takes, and the ticket is automatically linked to the right asset. Attach damage photos, manuals, inspection protocols or delivery notes directly. Your maintenance team has all the information immediately, without follow-up questions.

Clearly assigned: tickets are assigned automatically, e.g. by organisational unit or category, or manually to the responsible employees. Watchers such as supervisors or external service providers can also be added and receive automatic status updates.

Transparent collaboration: everyone involved works within the same ticket. Flexible statuses such as open, in progress or completed make progress visible at a glance. Questions and interim updates are recorded as comments directly in the ticket, and directed comments notify the right people.

Nothing gets lost: automatic notifications and weekly overviews of due or overdue tickets ensure that no deadline is missed. With templates for different areas, sites or teams and mandatory fields, every task is captured with the required quality.

Legally compliant documentation: once a ticket is completed, the performing personnel sign digitally – especially important for safety-related work. The complete ticket history is stored permanently and can be exported as a PDF with one click for audits, external inspectors or archiving.
