Measuring compressed air flows precisely in all conditions with a high-pressure air flow meter is the key to improving the energy efficiency of compressed air systems while reducing costs. Using state-of-the-art technology, the non-invasive FLUXUS CA ultrasonic air flowmeter series provides the best measurement solution. FLUXUS CA permanent or portable compressed air flowmeters are ideally suited for carrying out energy audits, metering the consumption of compressed air, checking existing meters, detecting potential leaks, balancing plant networks as well as monitoring compressor efficiency. By measuring from the pipe wall outside, FLUXUS CA flow meter for compressed air systems is completely free of wear and tear and requires zero maintenance. Moreover, due to its measurement principle, there is no risk of secondary contamination of the compressed air, neither can the compressed air flow measurement devices themselves be a risk of potential leaks. FLUXUS CA CFM meter for compressed air measures reliably at metal pipes down to 3bar (plastic pipes without limitation), is extremely sensitive to low flows down to 0,01 m/s and can be applied at pipes sizes from DN15 to DN250. The portable ultrasonic flowmeter FLUXUS F601 is the ideal measuring device for flexible use for control and service work or as a temporary replacement for permanently installed flow meters. FLUXUS F601 is completely installed on the pipe and ready to measure within 5 minutes. With the integrated Li-ion battery, the portable flow meter can perform measurements for more than 14 hours without external power supply. Data can be read out via a serial interface (USB) and analysed on a PC with the related FLUXUS software. Carefully tested and matched sensors as well as innovative signal evaluation algorithms ensure high zero-point stability on the one hand, and high insensitivity to noise and sensor misalignments on the other. Thanks to the integrated HybridTrek mode, the FLUXUS F601 can perform accurate and reliable measurements even with high solids contents or gas inputs in the liquid medium.
