1000 SR and 1500 SR - low pressure hot water cleaning devices
1000 SR up to 7.5 bar 1500 SR up to 14 bar With these machines, ph-cleantec offers universal low pressure hot cleaning devices for a wide variety of cleaning tasks in production and maintenance. The high cleaning performance is obtained by hot water at a temperature of 95° C and an adjustable pressure between 3 and 8 bar. Oily/greasy dirt can easily be removed from machines, tools and parts – without chemicals. For extreme dirt or high cleaning requirements a cleaning agent may be added, if required with corrosion protection. The devices are equipped with a stable collector on top in which parts can be cleaned easily. Large parts or entire tooling machines can be cleaned on a separate large collector - our collectors hold up to 1t per m² - which can be connected to our machines. This makes it possible to disassemble parts or machines on this collector while cleaning at the same time. This is ideal for repair jobs or retrofits. Compared with other conventional methods the machine cleaning is considerably faster and more effective. Due to the low pressure sensible machine parts such as the sensor system, lights, cables or tooling magazines are damaged. Imprtantly, you can clean your tooling machine with the machine's own cooling lubricant. 1000 SR-Tower up to 7 bar 1000 ESR-Tower up to 12 bar 1500 SR-Tower up to 14 bar Towers of the SR family can be used for very fine parts cleaning and for sensitive areas: - Stainless steel cabin includes exhaust pipe system, integrated light and compressed air supply. - Access via brush curtain - Sedimentation system in the collector and filtration. - The cleaning medium can be recirculated, so that the units are particularly environment- and resource-friendly as well as cost-efficient. - - Option in addition, thermal disinfection for your cooling lubricant The units are mobile and have an integrated 60-litre tank. The tank can be filled with water or cooling lubricant; stainless steel units can also be operated with deionised water and acids. If necessary, a cleaning concentrate can be added. The SR devices are therefore independent of a permanent supply of cleaning medium.

1000 SRK-EA Option external water supply 1000 SRK-AS Option suction unit 1000 SRK-EA/AS both options The SRK family consists of handy and compact units that can be easily transported in a van and are therefore ideally suited for service providers. The units are suitable for machine cleaning and parts cleaning. The units do not have a tank and must therefore be connected directly to an external water connection (model EA) or the cleaning medium - e.g. cooling lubricant for machine cleaning - must be sucked in separately (model AS). The EA-AS model can do both .
