During operational balancing, the unbalance of rotating parts is determined in fully assembled condition and corrected. With the PeakStore5 it is possible to carry out all the nessesary measurements and calculations. And that at variable speed. The process is simple. Two compensation levels are defined. Then two acceleration sensors and a rotary encoder are installed. Now a first measurement is carried out to determine the initial state. A test mass is then attached to one compensation level and a first test measurement is carried out. This process is then repeated for the second compensation level. Based on this data, the system calculates the compensation masses and the locations of attachment. The system takes into account that the attachment of compensating masses is only possible at certain radii or angles or that masses should not be added but removed. Up to five validation measurements are then possible to gradually minimize the unbalance. Finally, a protocol is generated that documents the entire process and indicates the balancing quality according to DIN ISO 21940-11:2017-03. The operational balancing module is available as a separate license option for PeakStore5.

Filling made easy - for acidic and basic solutions. Numerous companies from the filling, chemical or packaging industry would like to fill thin-liquid to slightly viscous media at the push of a button from barrels or containers in manually fed canisters as quickly as possible. The filling system was specially designed for the own drum pumps. However, it is also possible to use other pumps. In combination with a scale, this ensures a clean, accurate and safe filling even with foaming media. MULTI-COMPONENT FILLING AND DOSING SYSTEM For dispensing of low-viscosity to medium viscosity media according to specified recipes a Multi-Component Filling and Dosing System was supplied that is based on the principle of own eccentric screw pumps and the different media can reliably and accurately be filled and dispensed. MOBILE EMPTYING PLANT Electric or pneumatic powered lifting devices are used in many industries for lifting and positioning heavy supplies. In connection with an eccentric screw pump, also barrels with highly viscous media can be emptied quickly, safely and semi-automated. Numerous customers from the bottling, manufacturing or packaging industry need to empty highly viscous liquids from a variety of 200 liter barrels quick, clean and as simple as possible. In many of these applications, it is no longer enough for a pump manufacturer to offer only a single pump. STATIONARY EMPTYING PLANT WITH FOLLOWER PLANT With this special construction from JESSBERGER, e.g., high-viscosity preservative can be filled from 200 liter barrels into small containers using a type of grease gun with a follower plate and scales. BOTTLING PLANT WITH HOPPER Another system with a funnel-shaped storage container for filling into bottles, cups or cans is based on the principle of the eccentric screw pump. Thin to viscous media are filled into the manually fed containers at the touch of a button.

Putsch® filter bags are a widely used filter medium for many applications. Putsch® filter bags are usually equipped with a metal or polypropylene tension ring which holds the top opening of the bag filter open so the liquid to be filtered can flow through. One advantage of filter bags is the solids remain inside the filter bag so when you change the bag it removes the solids and the filtrate side of the bag remains clean.
