Information for exhibitors
As soon as visitors touch your reader with their visitor badge, they collect all information about your company and products that you have uploaded to your My Easyfairs account. At the end of the exhibition day, visitors receive this information as an exhibition summary by e-mail. In return, you will receive the data of all those visitors who have touched your reader with the visitor badge. We will send you this list by e-mail at the end of the show.
Make sure that your company profile in your My Easyfairs account (company details, products and contact information) is up to date. This information is provided digitally to the visitor when they touch your reader at the stand with their badge.
On the day of assembly, you will receive the reader ready for use on a standardised display stand on your stand.
You can position it as you wish.
Advantages for you as an exhibitor
Visitors receive your company and product information by e-mail – simply by touching the reader with their visitor badge. Even visitors with whom you have had no personal contact can request information about you.
If you make your company and product information available digitally, you need fewer brochures, catalogues or other printed matter. This saves you production and transport costs. In addition, visitors collect less material at the trade show and thus reduce the risk of “losing” important documents.
Visitors who touch your reader with their badge receive your information digitally. This allows them to easily share the information with colleagues and friends via email or social networks.
You will receive an electronic list of all visitors who have requested your information. The time-consuming import of business cards or contact sheets is no longer necessary.
