PIHDAS maintenance software – plan maintenance efficiently
Companies often put off maintenance when production is high. This leads to more repairs and thus to forced downtime. Piepenbrock therefore relies on its own PIHDAS maintenance software to prevent breakdowns through preventive maintenance.
Supporting customers in their production and optimising their processes in the long term: this has always been Piepenbrock's goal with its comprehensive maintenance service. Since 1999, the service provider has been using PIHDAS software – the abbreviation stands for Piepenbrock Maintenance Data Analysis System.
Jens Rybinski, project manager in technical maintenance management at Piepenbrock, knows the advantages of this digital helper. “The software gives our customers a good overview and complete transparency of our maintenance services – this also applies to costs and our personnel deployment.”
