Piepenbrock has been awarded the contract for technical building management, maintenance cleaning, security services, grounds maintenance, and winter services at “heylo”—the renovated, innovative, and sustainable office building in Düsseldorf.
The construction work on heylo in Düsseldorf's Golzheim district is designed to make clever use of resources while meeting high standards in terms of quality of stay, technical equipment, and supply infrastructure. The building complex combines a glass façade, a sun canopy, and a green atrium for working, enjoying, or engaging in inspiring exchanges. Future tenants will have a total of 27,000 square meters of space available on seven floors. Piepenbrock has been working there daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. since October 1, 2024. In order to be as well prepared as possible for operations, two technicians from the service provider supported the construction work in the building for two months before the start of the contract.
