Comprehensive facility management in Frankfurt
Since March, Piepenbrock has been responsible for infrastructural and technical facility management for HIH Invest in the “MyWest” office building as well as in Niddastraße and Neue Mainzer Straße in Frankfurt.
The HIH Group offers sustainable asset management for all phases of the value creation process in the real estate sector. The company has nine locations across Europe and manages over 380 properties. In the tender for the three HIH Invest properties in Frankfurt, Piepenbrock prevailed with its personnel concept and expertise in a comparable contract. Piepenbrock has been operating in Niddastraße since November 15, 2024. On January 1, the properties in Franklinstraße and Neue Mainzer Straße were added. “With this new contract, we as a group of companies are expanding our portfolio of managed office and commercial properties with a holistic FM approach in Frankfurt/Main,” says Frank König, Managing Director of Technical Services at Piepenbrock.
