Piepenbrock provides comprehensive facility management services at Frankfurt's “The East”
Since the beginning of the year, Piepenbrock has been responsible for technical and infrastructural facility management in Frankfurt's “The East” district – thanks to its high quality and experience, the family-owned company was able to win the tender.
The neighborhood, which was built in 2017, offers around 52,000 square meters of gross floor space on two basement levels and seven upper floors. The building complex is located in Frankfurt's Ostend district, near the European Central Bank. It combines 177 commercial and private rental apartments, offices, shops, and a four-star hotel with 168 rooms. The Piepenbrock branch in Frankfurt is responsible for infrastructural and technical facility management. “We have experience with different tenants and their requirements for living and working in the district. At ‘The East’, we bring together the various FM areas under one roof,” says Frank König, Managing Director of Technical Services at Piepenbrock.
