Interview with Frank König: Comprehensive technical expertise
In January 2024, Piepenbrock strengthened its technical services division with the addition of two experienced managing directors. In this interview, Frank König talks about his time with us so far, goals in the technical field, and upcoming highlights.
You have been part of the technical services management team at Piepenbrock since January 2024. How have you found this time?
After more than 20 years at another company, Dirk Manniegel and I made a fresh start together as managing directors at Piepenbrock in January 2024. We have found the time very intense so far and have built up an internal network. Piepenbrock attaches great importance to its executives getting to know the company headquarters in Osnabrück personally, in addition to their own branch. During a 14-day onboarding period, we got to know all the key contacts and departments, familiarized ourselves with internal
company structures, and identified interfaces. During on-site visits, we engaged in intensive discussions with our colleagues from the maintenance centers in the various regions in Bremen, Sindelfingen, Frickenhausen, Regensburg, and Munich, as well as with the subsidiaries. For us, these were important months of getting to know each other and analyzing how we can achieve our goals in the Technical Services segment.

Comprehensive facility management in Frankfurt
Since March, Piepenbrock has been responsible for infrastructural and technical facility management for HIH Invest in the “MyWest” office building as well as in Niddastraße and Neue Mainzer Straße in Frankfurt.
