Facility management from a single source: Piepenbrock at BeOne Frankfurt
Since January 1, Piepenbrock has been responsible for facility management at BeOne in Frankfurt on behalf of ZALA Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG – including technical building management, maintenance and glass cleaning, and energy management.
Built in 2004, BeOne in downtown Frankfurt offers more than 7,000 square meters of rental space on six floors. The office building is currently undergoing renovation. The Piepenbrock team is overseeing the replacement of the cooling and ventilation systems and the locking system. In addition, the service provider is ensuring that the vacant rental spaces remain in good condition. “During the construction phase, we provide important information for the operational phase of the building and advise on the technical systems. Our goal is to optimize the high costs in this phase through smart decisions,” says Christoph Ulepic, Branch Manager Technical Services at Piepenbrock in Frankfurt.
