Heated analytic hoses are used to transport gaseous media from the sampling point to an analytical measuring device. In most cases, they are permanently installed in plants or in the form of portable systems. One of the main areas of application is emission monitoring as prescribed by the authorities, e.g. in power plants or waste incineration plants.

Heated hoses from eltherm are used for loading and unloading to maintain the temperature and transport oils, greases, resins, paints, bitumen, adhesives, wax, glue, water, foodstuffs and potting compounds without heat loss. The special feature is the flexible but robust design. These heated hoses are suitable for pressures of up to 50 bar and temperatures of up to 250 °C. Nominal diameters from DN 25 to DN 100 allow large flow rates. eltherm heated hoses for loading and unloading are also available in ATEX-certified versions!

Flexible heating mats and heating jackets offer optimum heating with good heat distribution. Heating mats are the ideal solution for simple, flat surfaces. They can also be manufactured separately from the insulation if required. Heating jackets are used wherever uniform heating of surfaces with more than two levels is required. Thanks to customized segments, they are very flexible and can be manufactured to fit almost any shape. Thanks to integrated thermal insulation, heating jackets are easy to apply and remove, which significantly minimizes installation and maintenance costs.
