ETABO impresses with successful pipeline conversion during fuel switch to wood pellets
Despite the expanded scope of work and complex installation conditions, ETABO completed the pipeline conversion on schedule, safely and with the highest quality of workmanship.
As part of the conversion from fossil fuels to wood pellets, ETABO undertook the conversion of four DN 500 pulverized coal pipelines at a boiler plant. The work included dismantling, re-piping, and the challenging installation of pipe bends weighing up to two tons at heights of 16–20 meters – including continuous scaffolding erection and modification. With approximately 30 fitters working in two shifts, the project was completed safely, in compliance with regulations, and on schedule. The consistently positive customer feedback confirms ETABO's strong team performance and technical expertise.
