Your task is to independently support and advise customers, including the following sales-related tasks:
– Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals.
– Developing and initiating new customer contacts through various resources

We are looking for IT- and SAP-affine personalities with a strong customer focus to support our development team in Germany as SAP Architect

– Your area of responsibility will cover both the technical support in customer projects as well as the internal architecture consulting for the development team
– Coordination with the SAP Basis team in the context of transport management and necessary upgrades
– Hands-on activities in the production system (e.g. configuration, authorization tasks, mappings etc)
– Design of complex architectures for new projects or enhancements based on customer requirements

For our further growth in the SAP and ServiceNow environment, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our implemented customer projects, who ensures and is responsible for the ongoing operation as well as the further development and optimization of the corresponding software solutions.
Your scope of duties includes:
– You act as a Service Delivery Manager as the central contact person for the customer
– You are responsible for the provision of the contractually agreed IT services
– You lead and coordinate the international support project team
– You ensure the stable operation of the mobile solution as well as its active further development
– You clarify the problems and requirements with the customer and develop sustainable solutions together with the support team
– You monitor and control the ticket processing in compliance with the SLAs
– You support the acquisition of change requests or follow-up projects and are responsible for their implementation as a project manager
