SUSTAINABILITY STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING
Professional oil analysis is the key to resource-efficient and effective operation – because only those who know the condition of their oil can take appropriate action. Data-driven decisions instead of oil changes based on suspicion. Meaningful laboratory analysis: Clarity about purity class, water content, aging & more. Individual laboratory report: Tailor-made recommendations for your oil maintenance. Extended oil & equipment lifespan: Less consumption, more stability. Why is oil analysis sustainable? Because it prevents unnecessary oil changes and downtime. Instead of wasting resources, you address critical issues directly. This increases efficiency – and reduces your environmental footprint.

Sustainable resource management in maintenance
We, DIE RESSOURCENMANAGER, put your maintenance through its paces. Defined fields of action from maintenance [actual situation] are examined and evaluated. On the basis of the analyses, the further procedure is discussed and recorded in an individual optimization concept (target situation). The implementation is then carried out jointly (best practices). The project segments "Analysis - Conceptual Design - Implementation" are based on a 6-step model. What added value does sustainable resource management offer? More + Process quality + product quality + Plant availability + Technical service life + Personnel availability + Employee satisfaction + Economic efficiency (time/cost) + Reputation & Competitiveness Less - resource consumption - emissions - CO2 footprint - Operating costs - Loss of company know-how - Occupational accidents What is the impact of sustainable resource management in maintenance practice? Reduction of failure rate Increase of worker productivity Reduction of latency times Relief of foremen and foremen - Reduction of inventory/spare parts costs Change of strategy between unplanned and planned maintenance possible Time reduction in execution of maintenance measures Avoidance of production downtime, rework Use of resources instead of consumption (machines, equipment, spare parts, operating resources) Data transparency towards external stakeholders (TÜV, supervisory authorities, customers) Increased independence from mental knowledge Increased occupational health and safety For more information, please read the full interview.

SustClean
Discover one of our latest innovative cleaning solutions—plasma-treated fluids (PBF). PBFs are produced using atmospheric pressure plasma (arc discharge). The reactive species introduced into the liquid make PBFs highly reactive and act as both an acidic cleaner and a microbicide. This means that these liquids can be used as disinfectants and, thanks to their greater environmental friendliness and sustainability, have the potential to replace chemical disinfectants. The full potential of plasma-treated liquids is not yet known, so we are conducting intensive research into their use for disinfection, but also for cleaning and combined disinfection and cleaning. Swarmy - Modular, energy-efficient and networked sensor-actuator platform - Fraunhofer IZM
Swarmy integrates a wide range of sensor and actuator options that can be configured into a module variant. It is also possible to expand the module to include additional sensors and actuators. The wireless sensors are networked and can be operated independently. Thanks to integrated data processing, the measured values can be processed in real time and various actions can be initiated based on rules. Swarmy initially enables access to: - Measurement of light intensity to detect thresholds - in ambient light or for presence detection - Measurement of any movement or orientation in the room - Measurement of indoor air quality and air pressure - Distance between objects - Detection of gestures and objects using lidar - Barometric height measurement - Measurement of humidity and ambient temperature - Acoustic measurements using microphone arrays - Two stepper motors or four DC motors - Optical and acoustic alarms Your contact at the exhibition stand: Dr. Andreas Middendorf | (Carsten Brockmann) Fraunhofer IZM
Switch Box
Caja de conmutación RAS de UE Systems Cuando el acceso o la seguridad dificultan la inspección de un punto de prueba, la caja de conmutación RAS es su respuesta, ya que hace que la detección remota sea rápida, fácil y segura. Connect and test single or multiple points remotely. Permanently mount a RAS to a test point and run a coax cable to the Switch Box. Once connected, you may test up to 8 test points at a time. To test, attach a RAM (Remote Access Module) to the Switchbox, select a test point indicator and collect your data. It’s that easy! The UE Switchbox can be used with the Ultraprobe 9.000, 10.000, 15.000 and 401.

Switches and Circuit Breakers from Schneider Electric
Switches, circuit breakers and protection devices from Schneider Electric for safe and reliable industrial power distribution. Ideal for maintenance and replacement in control cabinets and machines – with clear availability and fast delivery options.

Synchronous Reluctance Motors
This motor type, called SynRM for short, is the motor of the future according to the current status. Arguments for this are that the synchronous reluctance motor: Is simply constructed Is sturdy and durable Contains only common raw materials Capable of high speeds Usually has a high overload capacity is easy to service and repair has the best efficiencies In almost all partial and overload loads In almost all speed ranges Suitable for high outside temperatures Is good to recycle

System engineering - Robot based laser systems
We supply customised robot-based laser systems for laser hardening, laser cladding with powder and wire as well as arc welding for use in tool, mould and mechanical engineering. Our systems are customised and scalable, powerful and flexible. Depending on the size of your components, we can offer you a stationary, mobile or hybrid system: ALOstation for maximum precision, ALOflex for maximum flexibility and the perfect combination of the two – ALOhybrid.

System Solutions by TLV
TLV develops and implements complete, tailor-made steam and condensate systems. These enable efficient, safe, and energy-optimized use of steam in industrial processes. The focus is on the design, construction, and delivery of ready-to-connect system solutions for condensate recovery, flash recovery, heating systems, and challenging special processes, including automation, safety technology, and optimal integration into the existing steam and condensate network. We work closely with planners and operators to develop an individual solution for each plant that increases operational safety, energy efficiency, and process quality while reducing space requirements and the effort required for operation and maintenance. Our range of services also includes the analysis and optimization of existing, historically grown steam systems. Through intelligent load management and well-thought-out system integration, we reduce costs and improve plant performance in the long term. • Heating systems: Steam-powered, compact heat exchanger stations - Steam Aqua – Steam-powered compact heat exchanger station - HeatPack – Heat exchanger station for heating water and other fluids • Condensate recovery systems: EPS electric condensate recovery systems • Specific customer solutions • Clean steam generators • Vacuum steam heating system VACUUMIZER • Steam compressors SC series

SYSTEMS WITHOUT RESIDUES
Varnish deposits form gradually, but have a massive impact. They slow down control processes, increase wear, and disrupt entire systems. Our varnish treatment reliably removes these residues – for clean systems and stable operation. Better control, less downtime. Varnish deposit removal without an oil change. Improved responsiveness and reduced valve sticking. Extended service life – completely chemical-free. Why sustainable? Because we remove deposits where they form – before they cause damage. This extends the lifespan of your equipment – and sustainably reduces oil consumption.

WHEN OIL ACTS LIKE SAND IN OPERATION: MKR TRAMP OIL SEPARATORS FOR TRAMP OIL SEPARATION WITH AND WITHOUT UV STERILISATION. KEEPS COOLANT, MACHINES AND EMPLOYEES FIT. Tramp oils reduce the effect of emulsions and solutions. Reduced service life and spreading microorganisms are the consequences. Removal of these oils is the first step to hygienic and cost-effective production. With the TrennMaster, MKR goes even further. The installed special UV flat bed reactors significantly improve the appearance and odour of process media. The likewise mobile unit can also remove tramp oil and eliminate microorganisms. It operates with the bypass method, i.e. while production is running. The oil is separated according to the coalescence principle. This means floating tramp oils are removed from the surface by floats and are carefully added to an intermediate tank. A special coalescence package removes dispersed oil droplets from the emulsion, which are refreshed and available once more for cooling.
