It was developed following the VDMA (German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association) standard specification 245741 and offers the users a number of advantages. Compared with traditional displays (which mainly use brackets or separate installation aids) the Multitronik controllers benefit significantly from the rail mount technology.

Die Distran-Ultraschallkamera erkennt Gaslecks durch den von ihnen emittierten Ultraschall. Akustische Leck-Bildgebung ist eine neuartige Technologie, die Anlagen sicherer macht und gleichzeitig hilft, die Kosten unter Kontrolle zu halten. Die Distran Ultra Pro lokalisiert alle Gaslecks mit einem einzigartigen Einhandgerät. Selbst schwer zugängliche, versteckte und unerwartet lokalisierte Lecks außerhalb unseres Sichtfelds können bis zu einer Entfernung von 50 Metern gefunden werden. Ultra Pro besteht aus einer Reihe von Mikrofonen, die Ultraschall von Ultra Pro Hintergrundgeräuschen isoliert können, um selbst in sehr lauten Umgebungen wie Turbinengehäusen mehr Lecks zu finden.
