Every tested item is inventoried and given a barcode label: device name, manufacturer, location with site, level and room, test result, test date and next due date. Reports are stored as unalterable PDFs, the overview as an Excel file per order.
All documents are available 24/7 in the DPR customer portal – free of charge and without additional software. Four months before a due date you automatically receive a reminder with a follow-up offer.
