The simplest system for adjusting roller parallelism

Roller alignment is a crucial aspect of industrial operations. This tool makes it practical, precise, and easy to use during assembly – even without training. The Roll-Check Green Laser measuring system is lightweight, compact, and highly stable. Using the included straps, the system can be attached to rollers ranging from 10 cm to almost 3 m in diameter. The laser beam is reflected by a mirror on the roller being aligned, resulting in maximum angular resolution. The roller can then be easily aligned using optical detection. Distances of up to 5 m are possible. Thanks to the latest laser diode technology with a green laser, the line appears 10 times brighter than with a red laser beam. The laser module mounted on the reference roller generates a horizontal and a vertical laser beam. Horizontal misalignment can be immediately read on the reflector module. The reflected vertical beam allows for optical evaluation of the lateral alignment on the laser module. The major advantage of this method is its simplicity and speed, allowing one person to perform the alignment with sufficient accuracy, even without training.
