OCTOBOX - Smart retrofitting of production systems for predictive maintenance - Fraunhofer Austria
OKTOBOX demonstrates how machine and process data can be intelligently linked with digital fault documentation to generate automated maintenance recommendations. Sensor-based condition monitoring is used to collect and evaluate relevant plant status data. At the same time, employees document faults in a structured and user-friendly manner.
The combination of data-based monitoring and empirical knowledge results in concrete recommendations for action and a guided maintenance workflow. In this way, existing know-how is systematically secured, made available to all employees, and gradually transferred into standardized processes.
The OKTOBOX supports you in:
- Increasing plant availability through reduced MTTR
- Plan personnel and resource deployment in maintenance more efficiently
- Guided maintenance workflow and sustainable knowledge retention
- Document knowledge sustainably and share it company-wide
- Integrate condition monitoring solutions into existing plants in a practical manner
