Leak audit with savings guarantee – compressed air & technical gases

On average, around 30 percent of generated compressor output is lost through leaks. Our leak audit makes these losses visible – and calculable. Using ultrasonic measurement technology, we locate leaks from approximately 0.1 millimetres at distances of up to 15 metres, during ongoing production, without any interruption. This applies to compressed air as well as technical gases (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, argon and others).

Every leak is documented photographically, located on the floor plan, evaluated economically and recorded with a repair recommendation including the required spare parts – documented in Innuvis, ready for ISO 50001 and German Energy Efficiency Act reporting. You receive a prioritised repair plan with reliable figures for each leak.

Our savings guarantee: if the identified savings potential is lower than our fee, the audit costs you nothing. Track record so far: around 50,000 documented leaks with an identified savings potential of 61.6 GWh of energy and 31,978 tonnes of CO2. Certified to ASNT Level 1 and 2.
