Electrical thermography per DIN 54191 / VdS 2860

Heat problems in switchgear announce themselves – long before they turn into fires, production downtime or costly damage events. Two VdS-certified electrical thermographers (ET 25005, ET 25003) inspect your electrical installations thermographically in accordance with DIN 54191 and VdS 2860: low-current contacts, fuses, transformers, UPS systems and drives, supplemented by ultrasonic partial discharge measurement.

The result is an audit-proof report that you can present to your property insurer – to fulfil insurance requirements or obtain premium advantages. Every anomaly is classified, substantiated with measured temperature and load, and documented with a concrete recommendation for action. The inspection takes place during ongoing operation under real load – exactly when faults become visible.
