Equipment Rental Module

The AES/32 Equipment Rental Module manages rental equipment end-to-end in a turnaround—from request to off-rent—inside the contractor management workflow. It alerts on duplicate requests, flags idle equipment based on configurable thresholds, and automates invoice reconciliation against actual on-site dates and approvals. The result is fewer “where is that asset?” escalations, faster off-rent, and less cost leakage from idle days and unverifiable billed days.
