We are expanding our smart service even further with EFA SmartAssist: The customer receives a web-based link via SMS that establishes a direct data connection to our employees. This turns a normal phone call into video support – without the need to install an app. In addition to live videos, a photo function and precise and continuous localisation, the customer can also use the chat with translation to overcome language barriers. This form of online advice is not only sustainable, but also enables faster response times and saves travelling costs.
