KG die komplette Palettierung, Wicklung und Etikettierung von Säcken mit Mehl, Schrot und Schälprodukten für die SchapfenMühle automatisiert. Herausforderung war die große Varianz in den Maßen und Füllgraden der Säcke, die durch die eigens entwickelten Greifer nun perfekt gestapelt werden. Compact design and excellent performance
The new robot palletizing system at Wernsing had to be particularly compact, as it was to be integrated into an existing production facility that left little space for the new system.
Impressive dimensions
A linear robot approximately twelve meters long, seven palletizing stations including the associated pallet conveyor technology, a combined weighing and camera station and many other components ensure a smooth palletizing process for Geholit+Wiemer.

Komplexe Anlage von de Man für WURZENER: Die Produktkartons mit den leckeren Snacks werden nun mittels Barcode identifiziert und sortenrein in zwei Palettierzellen auf EURO-Paletten gepackt sowie gewickelt.
