The high-speed door manufacturer EFAFLEX combines all of this in its new EFA-SmartAssist® tool. This takes into account the three current industry trends of digitalisation, sustainability and the resource-saving use of skilled workers.
EFA-SmartAssist® can be used without a separate app, as the programme works with all common browsers on smartphones. Digital support reduces CO2 emissions and saves travelling costs. This tool enables video support with numerous additional functions in addition to telephone support. For example, there is currently a synchronised translation of the live chat in 24 languages and it is possible to call in another expert at any time. EFA-SmartAssist® offers the customer video assistance in the area of service, but of course also digital fault analysis and rectification as well as digital damage recording via live video.
