Hot melt adhesives have been used for decades in the food and packaging industry, in the manufacture of furniture, cosmetics and in the electrical industry. In the process, both application equipment and the processed surfaces become massively soiled. Residues from hotmelt and dispersion adhesives are stubborn and difficult to remove, resulting in massive costs due to production disruptions and considerable cleaning effort.

The use of cleaners based on orange terpenes has so far been the standard in the industry in the fight against this heavy soiling. Nobody is really happy with that, and especially not in sensitive areas such as the beverage and food industry. These cleaners are rightly considered dangerous for the environment and employees.

During the development of our product, special attention was paid to technical performance and environmental friendliness as well as ease of processing. It was our goal to use ingredients that do not pose a risk to the user. “We are happy and proud that we have succeeded,” says Darius Jendryschik, application technology consultant at Bremer & Leguil. Because with the market launch of Rivolta N.I.T. a modern product is now available with which we are setting new standards.

Thanks to the innovative formula, Rivolta N.I.T. registered according to the NSF-A1 standard and can therefore also be used in sensitive industrial areas such as e.g. B. the food industry. Our new hotmelt and dispersion adhesive remover can be used without any problems in various processes, from spraying to dipping to manual cleaning, and thus also enables economical dosing and thus a particularly economical way of working.

What we offer should not only work well, but also set pioneering standards in terms of the environment and health protection.
