With this combination, all maintenance processes could be simplified, optimized and digitized. For example, mobile fault detection with photo, video or audio. Alternatively, this can also be done by the production employee, who reports the fault on the monitor in the Maintenance Portal dashboard right next to the machine.

The portal's integrated planning board enables the maintenance staff to be dispatched clearly and effectively.

The inventory, purchase requisitions and order monitoring applications improve the overview of spare parts management in connection with SAP MM.

With the argvis; Maintenance Portal, a high level of acceptance for SAP maintenance was achieved by the employees of Smurfit Kappa at the Herzberg location in the electrical, mechanical and production areas.
