What is impressive is that, together with Axians, not only was an existing solution replaced, but a platform was created that adapts precisely to the processes in place – not the other way around. Over 1,000 maintenance plans were redrafted, processes modernised and, at the same time, the familiar way of working was retained. ‘Go Live’ became ‘Go Work’ here.
And that’s just the beginning: WAGO is already thinking ahead to IoT, AI and the cloud – a future in which systems independently initiate maintenance orders and all resources are automatically available. The NEO Mobile Suite now forms the foundation for this.
