The WiCheck app, developed by WISAG itself, enables fast, digital on-site inspection of equipment. Inspectors scan the equipment, work through the relevant checklist, and document results with photos and comments as needed. This also works offline. Combined with our WinX equipment database, inspections and equipment status are recorded transparently.

In case of malfunctions, our service hotline provides quick access to our team, who will handle fault analysis and spare parts management. This allows us to keep track of your maintenance processes and continuously improve them.
