Thermo-EK Thermal disinfection of coolant lubricant

Thermo-EK

The Thermo EK is used for the thermal disinfection of emulsion, cooling water, cleaning media and process water. The medium is heated up to 65°C, killing funghi and bacteria in the emulsion.
The system is equipped with a heat recovery system so that the returned emulsion is cooled down and the energy consumption is reduced.

operation. The intake temperature is monitored.
