With SIPREMA PRO, you can monitor pumps, machines, equipment and technical rooms reliably – and for the first time receive a direct classification of individual anomalies. The box is connected, links via LAN, WiFi or LTE (M2M), and is ready for operation immediately.
After a short learning phase of around seven days, SIPREMA PRO understands the normal operating state of your machine. Using its integrated microphone, the system captures the acoustic signatures of both the machine and its environment and continuously analyzes them with our AI.
Unlike the basic version, SIPREMA PRO does not trigger alarms based on the accumulation of irregularities but on each individual anomaly. Every anomaly appears instantly in the dashboard. If the number of anomalies exceeds a defined threshold, an automatic alert is generated.
SIPREMA PRO also allows you to listen into each anomaly and qualify it. You can provide human-in-the-loop feedback by
– classifying the anomaly as “normal,” or
– precisely naming the anomaly.
This enables SIPREMA PRO to recognize the same anomaly the next time it occurs – and report it by name. This significantly accelerates maintenance processes and forms the first stage of predictive maintenance, where deviations can be detected before components fail.
Additionally, SIPREMA PRO allows you to intentionally train specific sounds and store them in a knowledge database. Individual acoustic patterns can thus be linked to defined anomalies.
