After a short learning phase of around seven days, SIPREMA understands the normal operating state of your machine. Using its integrated microphone, the system captures the acoustic signatures of both the machine and its environment and continuously analyzes them with our AI.
Whenever patterns accumulate that deviate from the normal state, SIPREMA automatically notifies you by email. In the dashboard, you can track the development of anomalies over time and listen back into the room or to the machine for up to 48 hours retrospectively.
