These evaluations result in specific recommendations for action that can be used for both diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Fault rectification can then be carried out in the form of an interactive chat, allowing even less experienced maintenance personnel to rectify faults effectively and efficiently on the basis of the company’s accumulated experience.
