The RayLine Max V3 represents the latest generation of industrial line lighting systems and sets a new standard in efficiency, flexibility and ease of installation. With outstanding system efficiency of up to 210 lumens per watt it offers maximum light output with minimum energy consumption – ideal for production halls, logistics centers, high-bay warehouses and many other industrial applications.
Its fully modular design allows individual configuration and quick adaptation to almost any hall geometry. Thanks to the tool-free plug-and-play connection system and integrated through-wiring with up to 14 poles entire light lines can be installed at impressive speed: up to 400 running meters per day per installation team are possible. This exceptional installation speed drastically reduces installation times and minimizes downtime during ongoing operations.
LEDelligence provides an intelligent control ecosystem that enables the integration of smart sensor technology and automated light management functions. This allows for example daylight-dependent controls, motion controls or energy-optimized operating modes to be implemented. The result is a highly adaptive lighting system that significantly increases efficiency, safety and comfort.
Even in demanding environments the RayLine Max V3 impresses with its robust construction: high-quality extruded aluminum profiles, high impact resistance (IK08) and protection classes up to IP 55 ensure long-lasting reliability. The luminaire is also available as an option for high-temperature applications up to +70 °C. A service life of up to 100,000 hours, a 5-year full warranty and a 10-year spare parts warranty round off the overall package.
