Fluidmanagement CIX-System

Regular monitoring of water-miscible metalworking fluids directly at the machine, in line with the German technical rules TRGS 611 and BGR-GUV-R143. We measure concentration, pH value, nitrite and water hardness and assess odour and appearance. Individual target ranges are stored for every machine, and each reading is assessed against them immediately. Deviations are identified and corrected before tool life drops, emulsions split or a machine comes to a standstill. Every measurement is fully documented and available at any time in our digital customer portal – including for audits.
