Centrifugal pumps

The JP-850 horizontal centrifugal pumps are high-performance pumps designed for demanding applications. They are particularly suitable for highly aggressive media such as acids and alkalis.

Driven by a directly coupled electric motor, they ensure fast and efficient fluid transfer with flow rates ranging from 6 to 40 m³/h.

The specially designed semi-open impeller enables continuous pumping, even with contaminated media, small suspended solids, and viscosities of up to 500 mPas.

The pumps feature a robust pump housing with lantern bracket for secure motor connection and easy inspection of the mechanical seal. The semi-open impeller is mounted on the pump shaft, which is firmly connected to the motor drive shaft. The mechanical seal is positioned at the rear of the impeller to ensure reliable operation.

Operating Principle

The impeller is directly connected to the electric motor and rotates at a defined speed. The resulting centrifugal force creates suction at the inlet side and pressure at the outlet side, enabling continuous and efficient fluid transfer.
