The demonstrator uses an AI-based analysis of fault reports based on an LLM and thus helps to efficiently identify both potential in maintenance and the CIP that can be derived from it.
Through statistical evaluation and corresponding visualization of the data generated by the AI analysis, important insights into potential optimization needs can be gained.
In addition, patterns within the evaluations can indicate inconsistencies within production that could only have been identified with disproportionate effort based on human evaluations.
