The retrofit solution for maintenance technology:
The PredictiveBox enables existing systems to be retrofitted with intelligent maintenance technology for condition monitoring, such as vibrations in spur gearboxes. An AI model is trained live during normal operation and learns the typical vibration patterns. Deviations from normal operation (anomalies) are automatically detected, enabling potential damage to be identified automatically.
The gear demonstrator clearly illustrates this technology: The spur gear is equipped with acceleration sensors that collect vibration data. The AI evaluates the data in real time and reliably detects anomalies (sand). This solution makes predictive maintenance practical and retrofit-capable, increases plant availability, and minimizes unplanned downtime.
