At maintenance Dortmund 2026, SPARROW will present a fully standardized and localized spare parts catalog in nine languages. Over 40 million spare parts from manufacturer catalogs are available in a structured and consistent format in languages including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese. These are not mere translations, but rather harmonized manufacturer data. Maintenance, purchasing, and planning teams worldwide work in their respective languages, yet access the same reliable database. Search times, incorrect orders, and language-related duplicates in the SAP material master are significantly reduced. This creates a central "single source of truth" as the foundation for stable maintenance processes and successful S/4HANA programs. SPARROW is also introducing new features: MatchAssist for validating AI-supported data matching and PriceFinder for automated price comparisons of frequently procured spare parts. A Quick Scan, including a Cost Saving Calculator, further visualizes the quality of spare parts data and concrete savings potential within seconds.
