In the tender for the three HIH Invest properties in Frankfurt, Piepenbrock prevailed with its personnel concept and expertise in a comparable contract. Piepenbrock has been operating in Niddastraße since November 15, 2024. On January 1, the properties in Franklinstraße and Neue Mainzer Straße were added. “With this new contract, we as a group of companies are expanding our portfolio of managed office and commercial properties with a holistic FM approach in Frankfurt/Main,” says Frank König, Managing Director of Technical Services at Piepenbrock.
