Your responsibilities: In this position, you will ensure genuine customer satisfaction and actively support project execution. You will handle internal coordination and interface management, work closely with the sales force, and reliably communicate delivery dates. You will always act according to our Total Quality Selling (TQS) principle. Your tasks also include preparing customer catalogs and contributing ideas for our e-catalogs. You will process customer inquiries by phone, provide expert advice, and manage the sales force's visit reports.
Your qualifications: You have completed commercial or technical training and/or have relevant practical experience in inside sales. At least three years of customer service experience are essential. You possess knowledge of technical sales and experience with ERP systems, as well as excellent MS Office skills. Your German skills are excellent, and you have basic English skills.
