KUCHLER GmbH Sewer & Environmental Technology
Quality makes the difference. To achieve outstanding quality, we need exactly three things: knowledge, experience, and technology. That’s why our employees are technically skilled, experienced, and equipped with the best technology currently available.
See for yourself!
Separator System Maintenance
The operator’s obligations for separator systems according to DIN 1999-100 require regular inspections and maintenance measures. We fully assume these inspection and maintenance obligations for you. We guarantee compliance with all official requirements, including the documentation of all measures in the operating logbook. This ensures complete legal certainty.
We carry out the maintenance of separators for light liquids professionally and in accordance with regulations: from the monthly measurement of the layer thickness in the oil separator or the volume in the sludge trap and all other mandatory inspections to the semi-annual emptying and cleaning, as well as all other maintenance work in accordance with DIN 1999-100 and DIN EN 858-2.
As a certified waste disposal company according to Section 56 of the German Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act (KrWG) and the German Water Resources Act (WHG), we employ only technically skilled staff.
Chemical-Physical Treatment Plant
Our chemical-physical treatment plant (CP plant), certified according to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), uses the most advanced technology to completely convert and destroy pollutants.
Waste Disposal Company
Your waste disposal company (EfB) certified according to the German Waste Disposal Company Ordinance (EfbV) for oily liquids and drilling mud throughout Germany.
We specialize in the recycling of oily liquids: residues from oil separators, soil sludge from drillings, and cooling lubricant emulsions. We maintain, clean, and renovate separator systems in accordance with DIN and the German Water Resources Act (WHG).
Suction excavators and air conveying systems
Using air conveying systems and suction excavators, our experienced service personnel perform tasks such as filling and removing gravel from flat roofs, exposing utility lines for inspection purposes, and cleaning digesters in agricultural and industrial biogas plants. The modern high-pressure jetting vehicles used by our suction excavators also systematically and economically vacuum filter sand and Jura pearl, as well as emptying digesters and cleaning culverts.
