The family-run company JESSBERGER, headquartered in Ottobrunn near Munich, manufactures electric and pneumatic drum and container pumps, vertical and horizontal eccentric screw pumps, dosing pumps for highly viscous media, hand-operated pumps, and a wide range of accessories such as flow meters and nozzles. Air-operated diaphragm pumps, horizontal centrifugal pumps (also magnetically coupled), and vertical centrifugal pumps complete the product range.
Thanks to long-standing employees and the company’s owners, JESSBERGER has decades of experience in the pump business. Although the brand has existed only since 2003, it has quickly established itself as a serious alternative – successfully combining competitive prices with high quality.
Since March 2008, JESSBERGER’s headquarters in Ottobrunn has included over 1,500 m² of production and storage space and 400 m² of office space. In 2023, the company expanded again by acquiring a neighboring building, increasing the total area to nearly 5,000 m². This facility now houses the design and production of eccentric screw pumps.
JESSBERGER’s strong reputation in the drum pump sector is built on personal, expert advice, high flexibility, and direct customer contact. The owners are committed to maintaining close customer relationships – not only through regular participation in trade shows – and to demonstrating flexibility in delivery times and custom solutions.
Qualified partners in Germany, Europe, and worldwide ensure excellent customer support.
Management places great importance on strict quality control. All production and assembly processes follow DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, and specific products – such as stainless steel pump tubes, electric EX motors (JP-440, JP-460, JP-480), air motors (JP-AIR 1–3), and certain eccentric screw pumps – comply with ATEX 2014/34/EU.
Annual internal and external audits ensure compliance with these standards and help maintain consistently high quality. This commitment to quality, combined with decades of experience, guarantees high-performance pumps at attractive prices.
In 2013, the company invested in two new test stands for final inspection of drum, centrifugal, and air-operated pumps. All relevant parameters (e.g., power consumption, speed, torque, sound level, temperature, pressure, and flow rate) are automatically measured and digitally recorded for each pump using sensors and a 16-channel USB system.
