The BTC Solution Suite Maintenance and Customer Service is a modularly structured complete solution for all business processes in the specialist areas of maintenance and customer service in industrial and service companies. As an SAP Gold Partner, we rely heavily on SAP as the basic solution. This means that an existing SAP system is always a prerequisite for using the BTC Solution Suite. The BTC Solution Suite can run under the old ERP as well as under S/4. The complete solution consists primarily of two different application types. On the one hand, the “Suite” offers effective PC applications designed for large screens at the desk. On the other hand, there is a selection of mobile applications that are specifically created for use on smartphones, tablets or wearables, but can also be used on the PC.
